JonesWoods Properties is a boutique residential rental company catering primarily to the University of Michigan community.  2019 marks our 30th anniversary!

 

We have 28 bedrooms and master suites with private bathrooms.  Most of our residents are graduate students or younger professionals.

 

Conveniently located less than a 15-20 minute walk from the University of Michigan North Campus and the University of Michigan Medical Center, with nearby bus service to Central Campus and downtown.
